Which Courier Will be Delivering My Order? 

Each order will be shipped via Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on board with the postie. 

 

When will my order be shipped? 

The cut-off time is 2 pm - All orders before cut-off time will be shipped on the same working day. Over the holidays periods, we experience higher than usual volume of orders which may lead to additional time to fulfil every order. 

You will be notified via registered email once your order is dispatched. 

 

Can I Cancel My Order? 

Absolutely, please send email or click chat with us to contact one of our lovely staff. However, we cannot cancel the order if your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

We do offer a 14 days return policy, you are welcome to return the item once received.

Can I Pick Up My Order at the Warehouse? 

As we are online retailer, we do not have a store but yes, you are welcome to pick up the order in Dandenong South, Victoria. All customers visit are by appointment only. Please send email or online chat to arrange the pick up. 

 

Damage/ Faulty Items

If your item arrived damage or faulty, please contact us to make a claim. Any damage due to misuse will not be replaced

 

Return Policy

We offer a 14 days return policy. To be eligible for return, your product must be the in the original packaging. 

Once we received the return item, we will inspect/ test it and let you know if the refund is approved or not. A refund will be issued to your original payment. Please note credit card refunds usually take about 5 business days to process.
